Nope! In our first meeting, we learn about your project and offer a free consultation on how our services will benefit you. No payments will occur until after you sign a Statement of Work (SOW), agreeing to the scope and cost of your project.

No. We are fully capable of assisting you with experimental design, method development and validation, while minimizing costs and wasted resources.

Of course, if you already have prepared, validated experimental protocols, we can start working immediately.

It involves three-steps:

1. Upon receiving your form submission, we schedule a meeting to discuss your project and confirm it is within our scope of services.

2. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) / Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA), then send you a proposal for how we will tackle your project.

3. If you are satisfied, sign a Statement of Work (SOW) with us, and our laboratory gets to work. We'll contact you with weekly updates.

Absolutely not! Our NDA / CDA recognizes that you own the Intellectual Property, and we commit legally to protect all confidential information. All IP given to us for experimentation, and all data generated from those experiments, are 100% yours.

As long as those changes are within our capabilities, we accommodate for any and all of your evolving needs and goals. Logistically, we would setup a meeting to discuss whether additional materials would need to be ordered, and/or if the project's components would change.

Yes. We are based in Boston, Massachusetts, but we are more than happy to partner with any organization around the world, unless prohibited by US Federal Laws, Sanctions and/or Regulations.

Yes. While Bluebrim Bioscience does not currently operate an in-house vivarium facility, we collaborate with companies that have such facilities. We coordinate with them to perform small and large animal testing and facilitate your project's preclinical development objectives.
